Premium Dealing Services (PDS):This is a non-discretionary service that empowers us as your stockbroker to deal in securities (buy or sale) in accordance with your strict instructions regarding the stock, price, quantity etc. Such transactions could be shares, bonds and debt instruments for investors on the Nigerian stock exchange, other foreign stock exchanges and over-the-counter. With N500,000.00 ($4,000) you can open a Premium Dealing Account.

Margin Trading Account (MTA): With MTA, AAM provides credit facilities which can be used to purchase shares in the secondary market. AAM will provide part of the investor’s desired stock portfolio cost while the investor provides the balance either in cash and/or existing portfolio.

The shares to be purchased and the existing shares being offered as collateral must be acceptable to AAM. Repayment can be from either proceeds from disposal of the shares or cash flow from other verifiable sources.

Public Offer Financing:Provides additional access to credit facility provided by AAM, which they can use to purchase shares from the primary market.

Recieving Agent for New Issues: Investors who wish to participate in public offers can route their subscription through AAM.
